IT Technician | £25,000 to £28,000 | Ely, Fully On-site 

Working for a leading supplier of commercial services, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the  companies IT needs, ensuring it is well-functioned. 

Main Responsibilities: 

Provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business, resolving problems in person and remotely
Install, configure and update hardware and software applications
Maintain all IT Systems as and when required 
Onboard new starters and Offboard leavers
Work with IT suppliers for procurement of IT equipment Key Skills:

Experience in an IT Technician or similar Role
Good working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft365 
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
