Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring productivity and high-quality customer interactions.
- Train, motivate, and provide ongoing coaching to telesales staff.
- Track performance, analyse results, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling, reporting, and staff development.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
