Southampton - Hybrid (2 days on-site per week)

Spectrum IT Recruitment are working with a specialist software & technology company delivering innovative solutions for public safety services.

We are looking for a talented Automated Test Engineer to join their Agile product team. This is an exciting time to join the business as they continue to deliver vital software solutions to high-profile clients in the police and justice sectors.

The Role

As an Automated Test Engineer, you will be a champion for quality, playing a key role in testing complex web applications and server-side components. You'll be involved in both automated and manual testing, working within a disciplined Agile environment.

What We're Looking For:

Significant experience in automating tests and managing test environments.
Strong knowledge of C#, Web API testing, and Azure portal.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, particularly within Agile frameworks.
Process-oriented with a high attention to detail and analytical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills via email, IM, phone, and video conferencing.

Desirable Skills:

ISTQB/ISEB qualifications.
Experience with SQL Server, Elasticsearch/Kibana, JavaScript, Git, and Azure.
