About the Role

As a PRU Teacher, you will provide tailored educational support to students with challenging behaviours, helping them re-engage with learning and achieve their potential. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to meet the needs of each learner.

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with students with challenging behaviours or in similar educational settings, such as PRUs, alternative provisions, or SEN environments.

Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young people.

A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) or experienced instructor with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help students overcome barriers to learning.
