Madisons are looking for a Lanscape Team Leader in the Wickford area on a permanent basis 

Candidates must have a Full UK Drivers License for this position 

Responsibilities

Leading & assisting the team with general grounds maintenance, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning and weed control.
Using machinery such as strimmers, mowers, hedge cutters & more
Valid driving licence
Oversee the Landscaping, turfing and planting duties by operative on site 
Requirements

Previous Grounds Maintenance/ Horticultural experience required.
Previous Team Leader experience
Driving licence (Essential)
7-4:30 working hours (9 hours per day)
Benefits

Permanent position 
£30,000- £31,000 per annum basline salary 
Overtime available

Ideal candiates will also hold their CSCS card - or would be open to gaining this prior to your start
