Due to continued business growth The Recruitment Co. are delighted to be hiring Production Operatives for our client based in Cupar.

Hours: Days/Backs/Night shift rotation therefore own transport desirable due to lack of public transport

Pay: £11.50 per hour, increases after successful training.

Location: Cupar

Contract: Temporary to Permanent upon successful completion of 12 week temporary contract.

What you will be doing as a Production Operative…

Working with your team to achieve production targets
Operating bespoke production machinery.
Working with high attention to detail to measure and weigh ingredients.
Following all health and safety as well as hygiene procedures.
Carrying out quality checks and sampling.
Preparing finished goods for distribution or storage.

What we are looking for in a Production Operative…

Due to location and lack of public transport, own transport is essential.
Previous production experience is advantageous however full training will be provided so a desire to learn is a must!
Ability to follow strict quality, health and safety and hygiene procedures due to the nature of the work
As you will be working as part of a small team you must be able to work cooperatively with others
If you have a forklift licence this would be highly advantageous.
