Location: North Based, predominantly home-based, with some travel required within the Northeast. A requirement to attend the Morpeth office, minimum 4 days a week during the initial 6-week training period then 1-2 times per month.

Salary & Benefits: - Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus commission.
Annual Leave: 25 days plus an additional day off for your birthday.
Hours: Flexible, 40 hours per week across the hours of 8am - 6pm (Monday - Friday).
About the Role:
They are looking for a driven Senior Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This is a target-driven, client-facing role where you’ll play a key part in increasing their revenue pipeline and driving their investments business.
As a key brand representative, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator, a self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales activity and meet KPIs.
Build and nurture relationships with clients.
Manage a pipeline of client sales leads, from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Director on sales strategies and campaigns.
Represent the company with a deep understanding of their investment services and property offerings.

A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a sales environment.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building and communication skills.
A passion for the property sector and the company’s mission.
Excellent time management and organisation skills.
