MEP CAD Technician – North Surrey - £40-£50k dependent on skills

Are you currently working as an MEP CAD Technician, you may be commuting into London and looking for something closer to home?

We are currently working in partnership with a leading M&E Design and Build Contractor, based in North Surrey (near Sutton). They are very well established with a strong pipeline of work.

They currently have a requirement for an MEP CAD Technician to join their team.

About the position/role requirements:

* You will be involved in producing high quality accurate MEP Drawings using 2D CAD. They do have some 3D work and this will grow but they need someone who is capable of doing 2D from the off.

* You will be happy attending site surveys and have a sound understanding of coordination within the M&E Sector.

* You will work as part of a well established friendly team who will offer you support and the chance to really progress your career.

* This position is based out of their North Surrey office near Sutton, you will need to be commutable to their office 5 days per week.

* In order to be considered for this position you must have 2D CAD Experience within the MEP Building Services sector.
