Job Opportunity: Immediate Start - Finance Manager (Management Accounts)**

We are seeking a qualified and hands-on Finance Manager to join our £25m turnover business on an immediate, interim basis. This role focuses on producing and managing the company’s management accounts and providing essential financial insights to the senior management team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Cash flow management
- Liaising with senior management and external auditors

**Requirements:**
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Proven experience in a similar finance role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Available for an immediate start

**Contract Details:**
- Day rate: Competitive, outside IR35
- On-site 5 days a week for the first four weeks, then a 4/1 hybrid split
- Immediate start required
