Park Avenue are currently working with a Local Authority in the Midlands who are looking for an experienced Housing Reviews Officer.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Part 6 & Part 7 of the Housing Act 1997 and HRA
Previous experience in Housing within Local Authority
It is necessary that you have carried out reviews under s202 of the Housing Act 1996Information:

3-month contract - very likely to be extended.
1 days in the office
£32 - £35 p/h
