About Us:
SEND Inclusion Support is currently in search of a committed and empathetic SEND Support Worker to join the staff team in a lovely SEN school in Nuneaton. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate.
Role Overview:
As a SEND Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students with diverse needs. Collaborating closely with teachers and other professionals, you'll provide one-to-one and small group support, assist with accessing the curriculum, and foster independent learning. Your empathetic and caring approach will create a positive and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring that every child feels valued and empowered to learn.

Requirements:
* Demonstrate previous experience in supporting students with SEND and/or SEMH.
* Possess effective communication skills and the ability to establish professional relationships with students and parents/carers.
* Exhibit enthusiasm, commitment, and flexibility to make a positive impact on students' educational journey.
