Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Sunderland, Tyne & Wear
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for our Client, who is a UKAS accredited Asbestos company, with a busy portfolio. Due to company growth, they are seeking a driven and competent Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst in the North East region, with a successful track record and keen interest for the industry. Ideally, you will be located in: Sunderland, Seaham, Murton, Houghton le Spring, Hetton-le-Hole, Durham, Bowburn, Spennymoor, Chester-le-Street, Stanley, Consett, Birtley, Washington, East Boldon, Gateshead, Whickham, Hebburn, Wallsend, South Shields, North Shields, Whitley Bat, Cramlington, Ponteland, Newcastle upon Tyne, Blaydon, Ryton, Prudhoe, Heddon-on-the-Wall, Blyth.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Will have experience working as an Asbestos Consultant / Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
- Strong client-facing manner when handling interactions
- Comfortable overseeing teams of site staff
- Well-versed in UKAS and HSG guidelines
- Strong IT and written ability
- Hardworking and organised

The Role:
- Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos surveys
- Completing 4 Stage Clearances and re-inspections
- Conducting Reassurance, Leak, Background and Personal air testing
- Servicing a wide variety of Client sites, including: Industrial, Commercial and Domestic
- Writing detailed technical reports
- Managing compliance and safety across removal projects
- Able to travel as per company requirements
