As a Trainee Aerospace Fitter, your responsibilities will include:
Learning to read and interpret technical drawings.
Utilizing a variety of hand & power tools.
Participating in cutting, bonding, and shaping materials to precise dimensions.
Use of adhesives and fillers.
Possible involvement with CNC machines.
Consistently assessing the quality of completed work.
Preparing units for spraying through sanding & smoothing.
Suitability
While no prior aerospace experience is necessary for these Trainee Aerospace Fitter roles, you MUST be able to showcase a certain level of competence in hand and power tool usage.
