Role: Transport Supervisor
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £40,000
Shift Pattern: 07:30 - 16:30 / 16:30 - 01:00 (Monday - Friday / Rotating)

We're looking for an experienced Transport Supervisor to lead a high-performing team, ensuring seamless, compliant, and efficient transport operations. Your Role:

Oversee transport operations, ensuring deliveries run on time and to standard.
Lead and support a team of drivers and transport staff, driving performance and engagement.
Ensure full compliance with UK transport legislation and company policies.
Manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive operational efficiencies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service levels and problem-solve effectively.

What You Bring:

Proven leadership in a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment (Ideally as a Transport Supervisor).
Strong understanding of transport regulations and compliance within a corporate FMCG enivornment.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people-management skills.
Adaptability to work across various shift patterns in a fast-paced setting.
Commutable to Sheffield.
