Certain Advantage is hiring for an Electrical Design Engineer based in Port Glasgow.

This role is on a permanent basis and is site-based.

The Role:

This role is for an Electrical Engineer - someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

Development of electrical systems across:
Power distribution systems (AC/DC)
Lighting and control systems
Propulsion systems
Automation and control systems
Communication and navigation systems
Safety systems (e.g., fire alarm, emergency lighting)
Electrical calculations and simulations
Electrical drawings and technical specifications.

The Individual

We're looking for people who can show:

HND/HNC/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Electrical engineering exposure across design office and construction environment
Understanding of electrical systemsThe Benefits:
