Our client is currently looking to recruit a Mobile Caretaker to join their team in the Brentwood area.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining communal areas.
Performing inspections of housing estates.
Undertaking cleaning tasks within the communal areas and grounds.
Carry out small maintenance repairs and escalate any potential health and safety issues.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all our housing estates are in a safe and clean environmentSkills/Qualifications

Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
Previous experience in a caretaker or mobile cleaner role.This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-respected company.
