The Role

We are looking for a Temporary Sales Consultant to work as an agency worker with a leading new homes developer in Hereford. This role offers complete flexibility, allowing you to take on as much work as you like and manage your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist potential buyers.

Conduct show home viewings and handle inquiries.

Support buyers through the reservation process.

Keep accurate records and maintain a presentable sales suite.

Assist with sales events and marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or customer service (preferred).

Excellent communication and sales skills.

Proactive, professional, and target-driven.

IT literate (CRM systems, Microsoft Office).

Weekend availability is preferred, but you choose when you work.
