As part of our expansion programme we are currently looking to recruit experienced:

ELECTRICAL QUALIFIED SUPERVISOR

Location: Based in Peterborough, visiting sites throughout the UK & Ireland

Hours: Full Time – Monday - Friday

Salary: Up to £60,000 + p.a - Dependent on Experience Within Our Industry

Pension: Workplace Company Pension Scheme

Vehicle: A Company Vehicle or Allowance will be offered

Working with numerous high profile clients, ideally we are looking for an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor who has the experience within the Shopfitting / Internal Fit Out / Construction to join our team.

Key Accountabilities:

* Undertake high quality electrical installations, repairs and maintenance work in accordance with current regulations.

* Carry out testing & inspection on completed electrical installations.

* Ensure that all relevant documentation is processed, and installations are completed in a timely manner.

* Experience with commercial and industrial electrical, fire and data installations.

* Experience installing electrical containment and cabling.

* Possess good communication skills.

* Ensure all work areas & equipment within your control are regularly maintained and suitable for use.

* Ensure that teams are properly trained and managed to work in a safe, quality conscious and effective way, encouraging the medium / long term development of the team members.

* Set clear and comprehensive expectations, confront obstacles and provide meaningful and timely feedback.

* Manage employee relations to ensure discipline, and high standards of work and attendance at all times.

* Ensure safe working practices are in place to eliminate or mitigate any matters that may arise.

* Work within budgets and commercial margins as required.

* Verifying all certification to ensure they are completed correctly & include the required information

* Completing minor works & installation certificates for electrical installations & alterations

* Auditing engineers works, including post audits of completed projects

Personal Specification & Qualities:

* Must hold relevant qualifications to carry out the role of Qualified Supervisor

* Experience supervising site operatives and sub-contractors.

* Technical knowledge and understanding to be able to answer team member’s questions.

* 18th Edition BS7671.

* Testing & Inspection certification.

* Willing to learn and adapt to site and Company requirements.
