Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000neg + overtime

The role of the Safety Technician – Fall Protection Systems will involve:

* Safety Technician position carrying out maintenance and product training for a range of fall protection systems

* Carrying out tests on all site equipment and certifying them to be fit for use

* Producing reports and photos of failed systems to enable quoting of replacements parts/systems

* Conduct on site product training to operators and installers

* Deliver tool box talks for safe working at height

* Assist with pro-active on site sales and lead generation

* Monitor installation teams and ensure safety procedures are followed

* Carry out installations and repair of systems where required

The ideal applicant will be Safety Technician – Fall Protection Systems with:

* Ideally will have installation experience with fall protections systems

* Advantageous job roles: Lift Testing Engineer, Recertification Engineer, Test Engineer, Fall Protection engineer, Installation Engineer, Safety Technician, Recertification Technician

* Must have Maths & English GSCE qualifications as you will be put through relevant NVQ

* Full UK driving license, held for 1+ years

* Comfortable working at height

* Ideally will hold valid CSCS card & Asbestos Awareness

* Must be personable and provide excellent customer service

* Must have experience with health and safety

* Organised, have high attention to detail and good time management skills
