We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead a marketing team. This role is a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will manage digital and offline channels, oversee budgets, and collaborate with sales and external partners to optimise marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales
Manage digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, content, PR, social media)
Lead and mentor a marketing team to achieve performance targets
Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to enhance customer experience
Analyse marketing performance and optimise spend efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in B2C marketing (luxury brand experience is a plus)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in digital marketing, PR, and event-driven marketing
Data-driven mindset with a creative approach to brand promotion
Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, and content creation platforms
