We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and NQTs to become a valued member of a supportive and thriving school community.

The Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will inspire and motivate students, supporting their academic and personal growth while maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning
Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning atmosphere
Collaborate with colleagues and teaching assistants to support student development
Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of student progress
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in school events and activities

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stages 1 and/or 2
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting pupil development
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
