Our manufacturing client based in Sturminster Newton is looking for a team leader to join its thriving business with full order books.

This exciting position involves the use of and operation of hand tools, power tools, plant, machinery, or production equipment. It also requires manual handling of product and working within a team.

Ideally, successful candidates will be able to demonstrate having previous supervisory experience of working within a production facility, be able to work with and motivate people, but more importantly, be a team player.

Working 4.5 days a week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am – 12.00pm.

This permanent vacancy offers an attractive salary of between £28,200 - £31,500 PA.
