? The Role

→ Manage a caseload of commercial motor claims, including haulage, HGV, coach, bus, and courier risks
→ Handle claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring a smooth process for clients
→ Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and third parties to secure the best outcomes
→ Provide expert guidance to clients, offering a high standard of service and support
→ Work closely with the wider team to develop your technical claims expertise

? Who They're Looking For

→ At least 2 years of experience in motor claims handling (commercial experience preferred)
→ A confident communicator who can build strong client relationships
→ Someone looking to step up into more complex cases and develop their skills
→ Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple claims efficiently
