The Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring continuity in students’ learning in the absence of their regular teachers. This is a fantastic opportunity for educators to broaden their experience or for aspiring teachers to get valuable classroom exposure.

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading Classes: Confidently supervising pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects.
Inspiring Students: Encouraging students to stay focused, engaged, and motivated during lessons.
Managing Behaviour: Upholding school policies to create a positive and productive classroom environment.
Supporting Learning: Offering guidance to students to ensure they understand and complete their work.
Collaborating with Staff: Working closely with teaching and support staff to ensure seamless lesson delivery and address any classroom concerns.What We're Looking For:
Experience in Education: Ideally, you’ll have experience working with young people in a school or educational setting.
Classroom Management Skills: You’re confident, organised, and able to maintain a productive classroom atmosphere.
