Workshop Manager Pay & Schedule

* Annual Salary: £50,000

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 18:00, with one Saturday shift every fortnight

Workshop Manager Responsibilities

* Conduct and ensure all machinery and equipment are thoroughly tested and fit for hire

* Oversee pre-delivery inspections and perform routine maintenance

* Liaise directly with the Hire Desk for efficient coordination of collections and re-hires

* Uphold strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols during equipment operations

* Lead weekly team catch-up meetings to foster communication and productivity

* Set and achieve key targets by effectively managing and motivating your workshop team

Workshop Manager Requirements

* Background in mechanical engineering with experience in handling various machinery and attachments

* Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role

* Must live in or be able to commute easily to Greenford
