My client is looking for a talented and driven Architect to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design excellence, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of the architectural process from concept to completion. You will be responsible for leading projects, engaging with clients, and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

Lead the design and development of architectural projects, from initial concept through to detailed design, planning, and construction phases.
Produce high-quality design presentations, drawings, specifications, and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within established goals.
Coordinate and collaborate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design intent throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure that the design, materials, and construction meet quality standards and regulations.Qualifications for this Architect role: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
Strong design and presentation skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for innovative, sustainable architecture.
