SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity - Primary-aged pupils

Are you an organised SEN Teaching Assistant seeking your next opportunity? Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team!

This full-time position is available for an immediate start, and although it begins as a temporary long-term role, it could become permanent for the right candidate.

We work with a variety of SEN schools across the Kent area, so no matter where you are based, we encourage you to apply!

The Role Involves:

Industry: Education
Supporting students with Special Educational Needs such as ASD, SEMH, and behavioural challenges
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Assisting class teachers with preparing and delivering activities and lessons
Helping to create a positive learning environment and assisting with equipment and classroom tasks
Supervising students during school trips
Rephrasing instructions, providing repetition, and offering guidance for students to help them engage fully with their learningWhat Tradewind Offers You:
