Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support for students with SEN, helping them achieve their learning goals.
Promote a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and growth.
Work alongside teachers and the SEN Coordinator to implement personalized support plans.
Build positive, encouraging relationships with students, staff, and families.
Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role is advantageous, though not required.
A genuine passion for supporting SEN students and aiding their development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Patient, adaptable, and positive approach to student learning.
