This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to oversee multi-million-pound residential, commercial, and hotel developments, with a strong focus on cladding and external works. You will be a key player in managing the financial success of large-scale projects, working alongside a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cost control, financial forecasting, and project budgeting.

Oversee contract administration, valuations, and final accounts.

*

Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

*

Manage variations and provide detailed financial reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing projects valued at £10M+.

*

Strong background in cladding and external works.

*

Expertise in contract management, cost reporting, and procurement.

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

*

Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field.
