CNC Turner.
Lincolnshire (A46 / A15 area).
Up to £29,460 + shift premium (OTE up to £32,406).

Due to further, strategic expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for a CNC Turner to join them at their facility in Lincolnshire. Does this sound like the type of company that can offer you the secure career prospects you are seeking?
Reporting into the Performance Supervisors and working as part of the small, friendly machining team, you will take ownership of setting and operating CNC lathes and editing programmes, as necessary. The key responsibilities for your new role as CNC Turner are as follows:
* Setting and operating machines – multi-manning, as required.
* Ensuring processed parts conform to engineering drawings.
* Ensuring parts are process in the allowed time.
* Making sure all documentation is accurate.
* Supporting the area in carrying out alternative tasks, as required.
* Supporting other team members, as required.
My client is keen to find someone with solid expertise in the operation of CNC machinery, as well as the use of standard measuring equipment and general turning principals. In an ideal work, you will have an NVQ Manufacture or equivalent; although this is not essential.
In return, my client is offering an excellent salary of up to £29,460, plus shift premium when working a late shift. An excellent benefits package is also on offer which includes 25 days holiday per year (plus Bank holidays), subsidised health care, personal accident plan, long service award, bike to work scheme, death in service benefit and a matched pension of 5%.
The hours of work, are as follows:
Morning shift
* Monday – Thursday 6am – 1.35pm.
* Friday 6am – 12.45pm.
Late shift (20% shift premium)
* Monday to Thursday 1.25pm – 9.05pm.
* Friday 12.35pm – 7pm.
