Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students, focusing on those with behavioural needs.
Work alongside teachers to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
Help implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Foster the academic and emotional growth of individual students.

Requirements:

Previous experience supporting students with behavioural challenges.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle diverse situations.
Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude.

Essential Criteria:

Experience working with secondary school-aged students.
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
Enhanced DBS Disclosure and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
Recent professional references.
