The Role:

This role is to develop and manage social value strategies and commitments for clients and projects. This role is a diverse one and you will be engaging with stakeholders, clients, communities, and local residents, to ensure that social value is embedded in all aspects of a project. 

The Candidate:

Experience in a social value, community engagement, or CSR role.
Experience working with Public Sector organisations. Social Housing experience would be advantageous
Proven project management and organisational skills.
Proven ability to engage with a wide cross section of people from stakeholders, to community leaders to government officials and residents.
Analytical skills to track, measure, and evaluate social value performance.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for community development.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.The package:

£35,000 per year plus car allowance, 37.5 hours per week including occasional evenings and weekends to attend community initiatives
