We are currently recruiting for a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to work in Redhill (Surrey).

This role is mainly based within a Probation Service in Redhill - Level 1 Security Vetting is required for the position (Prison/NOMS clearance).

You will work across various Criminal Justice settings based on service needs, including courts, probation offices, and prisons. Responsibilities include completing ATR and DRR assessments, managing the prison release process, supporting individuals on probation, liaising with courts, and facilitating voluntary referrals from the police. You may also be involved in group facilitation. Your specific functions and areas within Criminal Justice will be assigned according to service requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills and careful attention to detail in data recording.

* Comprehensive Care: Conduct screenings, assessments, recovery planning, and make referrals to ensure every individual gets the support they need.

* Inclusive Engagement: Foster involvement from carers, service users, and the community, ensuring everyone's voice is heard.

* Advocate for Change: Support service users in accessing essential partnership services.

* Empower Lives: Assist in social (re)integration, promoting recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination
