As the Senior Contract Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Oversee and monitor Hard FM services to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and compliance standards.
Drive service delivery improvements through proactive inspections, audits, and reporting.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including Service Providers and client representatives, to foster collaboration and efficiency.
Ensure technical service outputs are completed within SLAs to avoid financial penalties and meet high-quality standards.
Lead the monitoring of planned and reactive maintenance schedules for seamless operational performance. To excel as a Senior Contract Manager, you’ll bring:

Degree-level qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or ONC/HNC equivalent).
Deep knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and HVAC systems, with expertise in technical compliance.
Experience managing Hard FM or Technical Services Contracts, ideally within the PFI sector in a healthcare environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence change with a customer-focused mindset.
