About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for an organised, proactive, and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a PA & Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Founder while overseeing operational activities that ensure the smooth running of our recruitment business. You’ll play a pivotal part in streamlining processes, managing systems, and enhancing efficiency while supporting the Founder in achieving strategic priorities.
Personal Assistant to the Founder (50%)
* Manage the Founder’s schedule, including meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external queries, emails, and meeting requests.
* Prepare agendas and track follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
* Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports.
* Coordinate detailed travel itineraries and assist in planning conferences and client meetings.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Operations Coordinator (50%)
* Oversee and optimise operational systems for improved efficiency.
* Maintain and update the intranet with company information, announcements, and resources.
* Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
* Track and report on budgets and expenses.
* Draft and maintain legal documents, including Terms & Conditions (T&Cs).
* Coordinate team events, including training sessions, workshops, and offsites.
* Manage onboarding processes, including system setup and training for new hires.
* Communicate company policies to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
* Manage IT support partners and resolve technical issues.
* Oversee supplier relationships to ensure smooth service delivery.
