Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead design and development throughout the full product lifecycle
+ 3D CAD design
+ Produce manufacturing drawings
+ Conduct structural analysis and perform FEA on complex assemblies
+ Prototype and test designs
+ Lead and mentor junior engineers

Requirements:
+ Degree qualified in relevant engineering discipline
+ Previous industry experience in defence, aerospace and other regulated sectors
+ Strong 3D CAD skills
+ Ability to carry out complex FEA on assemblies
+ Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and materials selection
