Location: Northampton
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate

Are you a driven and motivated recruitment professional with expertise in the driving and industrial sectors? We are seeking a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Utilize your industry knowledge to identify and attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and provide valuable insights to clients.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably in driving and industrial sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate sourcing.
