Development opportunitiesMain Duties:

Managing the end to end process of export shipments, monitoring throughout and resolving an issues that may arise.
Coordinate the preparation of documentation when required, ensuring compliance and regulations are followed.
Communicating with clients providing them with accurate updates in a timely manner.
Forming relationships with custom agents, suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.Requirements:

Strong customer service
Willingness to learn
Previous experience within a freight forwarding company (desirable)
High level of communication skills
