Exciting Opportunity: New Business Development Manager (UK & Europe)
* Location: Chesterfield, England (Hybrid – 50% Travel in Europe required)
* Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + annual bonus + sales bonus (up to 50% of your basic salary!)
* Benefits: Company car, fuel card, 33 days holiday (option to buy or sell 3 days), healthcare, company days out, pension
* Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 2:30pm (37 hours/week)
Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is representing a well-established international business in the engineering manufacturing sector. With key clients already based in Chesterfield, this company is entering an exciting growth phase over the next 3-5 years. We are looking for a dynamic New Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities in targeted sectors.
* Develop and implement growth strategies to drive profitability.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs.
* Identify and champion opportunities for innovation and customer-centric investment.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in New Business Sales Development.
* Previous international experience and comfortable with 50% travel across the UK and Europe.
* Desirable (but not essential): Experience in sectors such as Energy (Gas & Oil), Renewable Energy, Heavy Engineering, Cable Management, or Transport Distribution.
