What You’ll Bring:
Landscape Services are looking for a highly organised individual to focus on delivering administrative support for one of their major contracts, collaborating closely with operational teams to uphold high standards.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing back-office tasks to ensure smooth, independent processes for the customer, including minute-taking and tracking key activities, contributing to the seamless execution of the contract.
To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, highly organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to ensure adherence to business procedures.
What You’ll Achieve:
As Contract Support Administrator you will:
Respond to enquiries via telephone and email, passing information on appropriately and ensuring that support is provided along with an excellent standard of customer service both internally and externally
Make sure that all documentations are up-to-date and are reviewed annually with the Contracts Manager
Ensure that all third-party facilities management service tickets for callouts are correctly recorded on our service management system and appropriately updated once works are completed
Update our CRM system with key information on contract activity, ensuring it is always up-to-date
Attend and minute contractor meetings, and distribute minutes for sign off along with the agreed reports
Timely and effectively process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of records and best value is achieved
Ensure that all quotations are produced in a professional and timely manner and records are updated
Guarantee that operational records and documents are stored and used effectively, specifically with reference to health and safety, machinery and equipment, vehicles and contracts

What We Require:
Strong administration experience, previous experience of contracts administration would be beneficial but is not essential
Experienced in providing outstanding customers service in a busy commercial environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a customer focused approach
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail with particular focus on reporting, quality of accurate information and ability to proofread documents before submission
