£15.50/hr while on contract

Hertford
We are seeking an Admin Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Hertford, they are a busy electrical contractor
You will support the Team and assist with the smooth running of the Department.
You will be tasked with the administration of existing and new electrical contracts.
As a coordinator you will schedule, monitor, control and manage planning of the field service engineers diaries.
Duties for Admin Coordinator
Ensure that the Engineers and Supervisor are kept up to date with any issues on contracts
Respond to maintenance requests via e-mails.
Ensure schedules updated
Speak with customers to arrange times for visits – send service visit forms
Raise jobs on both engineer diary system and SAP system
Book diary for maintenance days, service contracts – breakdowns
Booking visits for service to evaluate installation jobs or to do site visits
Liaise with customers keeping them informed on their site visits – keep regular contact with service contract customers
Keep up to date with engineers site passes/inductions etc.
