Tradewind are recruiting a Specialist Teaching Assistant to work at a school in the Alderley Edge area. The teacher will be needed to start in September 2024 and initially last up until the end of the academic year 2025, with an option to be taken on a full school-based contact, should the initial term in the role be a success.

The Specialist Teaching Assistant will be working with a number of pupils who have special educational needs. This will be a one to one based post where in effect the Teaching Assistant will be paired up with the pupils who need assistance. You will be expected to sit with the pupil in main lessons, helping them out with workload and ensuring they do not become distracted.

Payments are made on a PAYE basis.
Expected to receive £85.00-£95.00 per day based on experience.
Opportunity to gain a full school-based contract.

To commute to the school, there are nearby main road links which are accessible for staff members making it perfect for those that drive. There are buses and trains that run to Alderley Edge which are also feasible for those that will be using public transport.
