Job Description

Managing a team of 3 to 4 Design Engineers
Managing the activities of all engineering projects
Maintain a detailed project plan including assigning tasks, responsibilities, updating milestones and providing progress reports
Identifying and managing risks, communicating early warnings and facilitating resolution meetings
Continually communicate with department heads, following up on actions and providing support where necessary
Contacting customers to provide progress reports and communicate any delaysEngineering Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Engineering or manufacturing experience
Ability to read engineering drawings
Mechanical engineer knowledge
