We are on the lookout for Two Senior Residential Support Worker in the Stoke on Trent area for a well established Children's Home Service. This company follows the PACE model – Playfulness, acceptance, curiosity and empathy to meet the young people’s needs. They also provide an Art Psychotherapist to work with the young people on a weekly basis which has been really beneficial for their young people. Key Details:
⭐3 bedded EBD Homes with1-2 Young People 13yrs -17yrs⭐
* Young People in Full time Education
* Both Homes currently hold ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ Reports.
* No Solo working.
* 2 on 4 off Shift Pattern
* 7.30am-11pm Shifts
* 173 hours per month (inc. Sleeps +Bank Hols)
* Rota published 2 months in Advance
As a Senior Support Worker you will receive:
⭐Salary Package of approx. £32,973.84pa - £34,074.12 + ( based on 11 shifts a month with 11 Sleeps)
⭐Opportunity to earn more with additional sleep-ins, paid at £40 per night
⭐Increased Hourly rates for Bank Holidays, Christmas Periods etc.
⭐Holiday Pay - 224 Hrs + £40 sleep rate attached to each day.

Responsibilities of a Residential Childcare Senior Support Worker:
* Organising and accompanying the young people on social activities and appointments
* Building relationships with young people
* Recording the young person’s activity & reporting key aspects of their care
* Promoting the young person’s independence and developing their life skills
* Supporting the Deputy Manager with Office based Paperwork.
As a Residential Childcare Senior Support Worker you must have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Residential setting
* The Level 3 in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People
* A Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
* A passion for creating positive memories and experiences for children ensuring that they feel cared for, safe and secure
