IMH Recruitment are seeking Data Entry Administrators to join our client's team. The role is for a minimum of 6 weeks however, further work may be available for the right candidate.
This role will involve detailed data entry with some complexity, requiring attention to detail and cross-referencing with a live system. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM or other customer/client-related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and precision.
* Cross-reference data with various sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Dealing with customers personal information and data.
* Update and maintain records within the system, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
* Collaborate with team members to understand and follow data entry protocols.
* Ensure compliance with data handling and privacy regulations.
Requirements:
* Strong IT skills, with experience in data entry or administrative roles.
* Previous experience with CRM systems or customer/client-related databases is highly desirable.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical approach to work.
* Ability to identify inconsistencies and resolve them efficiently.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
* Own DBS (Not essential but preferable)
Working Hours & Pay:
* Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm. (37.5 hours per week).
* £12.42 Per hour.
