Brand new role available for an Engineering Lead to manage and deliver engineering programs on time and within budget.

In this role, you'll lead Program Management and R&D Engineering teams, oversee financial management, and ensure smooth site operations.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a leading technology company specialising in high-precision products critical to sectors like aerospace, defense, telecommunications, and medical technology.

Based near Chester, some UK travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities for the Engineering Lead:

- Manage site operations and oversee programme budgets

- Lead R&D projects from concept to production readiness

- Optimise resources to meet project deadlines

- Support Sales with technical solutions

- Oversee and develop Program Management

Skills and Qualifications of the Engineering Lead:

- Degree in a relevant technical, science, engineering, or business discipline

- Experience in a R&D environment

- Proven success in managing complex, multi-year programs

- Experienced in leadership and people management

- Strong communication and presentation skills

On top of a highly competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive a 15% annual bonus, pension match up to 6% and private healthcare.
