The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving new business across the London and Greater London areas. Working within a high-performance team, you will identify and secure opportunities to expand the company’s client base in the FM sector, offering a range of integrated services that meet and exceed client needs.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, presenting tailored FM solutions, developing proposals, and closing deals that align with the company's growth objectives. The role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a passion for the FM industry and a desire to work with a global market leader.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations to showcase the company’s FM services.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth transition from business development to service delivery.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to identify potential areas for growth and competitive advantage.
Requirements
* A proven track record in business development or sales within the FM sector or similar industries.
* Strong knowledge of Facilities Management solutions, including hard and soft services.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a history of building strong client relationships.
* Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
* A valid UK driving license is essential.
