An established and progressive SME consultancy firm are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in West London. They have a great reputation in the market and are working on some amazing residential schemes.

They are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects from inception to completion. You will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and work on a range of projects.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE SUCCESSFUL SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR:

Ideally 5 years + experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market
Degree qualified in a relevant construction or property discipline.
Chartered with the RICS (ideal).
Previous experience delivering within the Residential or Student Accommodation (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment).
Negotiation skills
Communication skill
Numeracy skills
Report writing
Presentation skills
Proven track record at the appropriate levelRESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR:

Pre and Post contract services
Attend site meetings.
Produce documents to tender.
Contract Administration
