You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, manage communications, and support office functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct telephone calls efficiently.
Welcome visitors, complete security procedures, and notify employees of arrivals.
Manage and maintain visitor induction and security databases.
Oversee conference room schedules, ensuring they are prepared and maintained to a high standard.
Organise refreshments and catering for meetings as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely sorting and logging.
Issue and manage visitor and staff security passes.
Manage pool car, hire car, and lease vehicle administration.
Arrange travel and accommodation, providing clear itineraries to travellers.
Assist with word processing, document preparation, photocopying, scanning, printing, and shredding.
