Internal Sales – Colchester
Salary: £27,000 + up to £3,000 bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)
Contract Type: Permanent
A well-established company is seeking a proactive Internal Salesperson to manage inbound enquiries, process orders, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales enquiries via phone and email
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain customer relationships
Support the External Sales team and follow up on leads
Ensure smooth order fulfilment and resolve customer queriesCandidate Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive sales mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM/ERP experience desirable)Benefits:
